Happy 14th birthday- We left for Lake Mead the night of Amanda's birthday at 10:30 p.m We pulled into the condo in St. George at 2 a.m. After unloading we finally got to bed around 3.

Amanda chose to eat a late birthday dinner at Texas Roadhouse. Let me guess steak, fries and lots of yummy rolls.

What a good sport. Lets all give Amanda a Texas Roadhouse YE HAW!!!

Good old fun at the Temple Bar marina.

Are they not the cutest! Hadley, Amanda and Maddi

Lake Mead- Memorial Weekend

We went to Lake Mead over Memorial Day weekend. We had such a blast.

We stayed at a condo in St. George and then drove down to Mead each day.
(Wood's, Davis's, Missy Todd and the Bailey's)

Chase freezing after a vicious tube ride.

First time on the wake board

The kidos: Front row: Nick Davis, Chase, Ryan Wood, Cayden Wood, Eric and Zach Davis
Back row: Hadley Wood, Amanda and Maddi Wood

This was Chase's first year playing super league basketball. Wow its a whole lot different from Jr. Jazz- Coaches Jeff Nielson and David Serdar
lft. to rt: Parker Campbell, Braxton Nielson, Stockton Grimm, Ryan Wood, Chase, Jackson Marchant, Tallon Serdar
Here she is in action!

Here is a little synopsis of our spring sports.
Amanda's first year playing soccer. She loves it

Chase is always so focused on the game. I love his
determination to WIN!!!

USA U-11 Comp. Team: Back row left to right:
Jake Bath, Tyler Petersen, Ryan Harward, Chase, Josh Johnson, Kyle Evans
Front row left to right: Skyler Woodward, Tyler Beckman,
Michael Fazio, Ryan Wood, Michael Linnebach

This was a father sons game. Brett played goalie for the dad's. The score was 2-2 TIE. But if you ask Chase the dad's cheated and went for the goal after the goalie had it tied up. Don't tell Brett, but I agree with Chase. It was a blast to watch the old men show the boys what they got.

Our trip to Mesquite, Nevada April 2010

We were there with Grandpa & Grandma Bailey, The Johnsons, Brian and his family,
and of course us!!!

Big monkey in the tree- outside the condo

What driving at 11- A little worried

Amanda got a few quick lessons from Brett and Chase of course.
"Don't take your eye's off the ball."
Concentration- Mom was pleasantly surprised how far Chase can hit the ball.

Catchin a few rays at the pool

Come on mom can I get in now?

Like father like son!!!
